§ Mr. ChopeNo. The legislation governing compulsory purchase and compensation is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. Compensation is already payable at full market value of property acquired. In addition, there are payments for disturbance, and for depreciation when premises are harmed by the effects of a road scheme.
