§ Mr. John MacGregorA number of procedural changes have been made over the past year or so on matters including private Members' time and oral questions.
The Procedure Committee is continuing its work and I am hopeful that its inquiry into parliamentary questions will provide the basis for further improvements. In addition, I remain willing to receive ideas from Members for improvements in our procedures, including those which will reduce costs.
