§ Mr. Lennox-BoydNo Foreign and Commonwealth Minister visited Phnom Penh between 1981 and 1990. Officials from the British embassy in Bangkok and the ODA have twice visited Phnom Penh from 8 to 16 December 1989 and from 31 August to 6 September 1990.
