§ Mr. NellistTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the metropolitan councils, and London boroughs, in England in ranking order of their indebtedness, in the last year for which figures are available, with the figures for(a) their debt, (b) the level of that year's debt service charge, (c) their population, (d), (a) divided by (c) and (e), (b) divided by (c); and if he will give corresponding figures for five, 10 and 15 years ago.
