Mr. Cousins

To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list by country the total sums involved in claims covered by signed bilateral rescheduling agreements with Export Credits Guarantee Department as at 31 March 1989 and 31 March 1990.

It is not the practice of this or previous Governments to disclose the amounts of debt rescheduled bilaterally by the Export Credits Guarantee Department on a country-by-country basis.
