To ask the Lord President of the Council what recent discussions there have been concerning the improvement of communications facilities between the House and the European Parliament.

§ Mr. MacGregor
The question of establishing easier telecommunications and postal links with institutions of the European Communities, including the European Council, is expected to be considered at the next meeting of the Services Committee on 13 February.
