§ Mr. Chris PattenManagement of the duchy estates is conducted by professionally qualified people, who take into active consideration the effect upon the environment of any decisions which they recommend. The range of such decisions extends from the control of pollution to concern for the impact on the environment of any new development on the duchy's land holdings. I do not, therefore, consider any further environmental assessment necessary.
