§ Mr. FallonLocal education authorities' section 42 budget statements are typically very bulky documents, running in some cases to several hundred pages each. I am arranging for part 1 of each published statement to be placed in the Library. Part 1 gives details of the resources an authority is retaining for central management instead of passing down to schools for them to spend.
