Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish the total cost of the transitional relief for community charge payers for each Welsh district council area and the average cost per head in each of the Welsh districts.

The amount of relief distributed to each district council area and the average cost per personal charge payer are shown in the following table. The scheme is fully financed by the Government.
