(2) if he will make a statement on the progress in implementing a smoke-free policy throughout his Department.
§ Mr. WakehamThe Department's policy in all the premises it occupies is to ensure that non-smokers have the opportunity to work in a smoke-free area. The operation of the policy is regularly reviewed in consultation with staff.
