§ Mr. MadelTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when the results will be available of the public inquiry held in April and the beginning of May 1990 into the appeal by London Brick Property Ltd. against the refusal of outline planning permission for redevelopment at Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire, (APP/J0215/A/89/ 130835); and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. YeoThe inspector's report on the public inquiry is being considered. We expect to be in a position to issue the decision on this appeal within the next month. A statement on the issues involved would not be appropriate in advance of that decision.
