To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether his review of poll tax will consider privacy issues arising from the tax; whether he has consulted the data protection registrar about the review of the poll tax; and if he will make a statement.

The review will cover all aspects of local taxation, including any privacy issues which arise.
