§ Dr. Mawhinney[holding answer 5 February 1991]: A total of 187 breathalyser tests were carried out in Northern Ireland during the period 19 December 1990 to 1 January 1991 and 61 of these proved positive. Corresponding figures for 1989–90 are 128 and 53.
