§ Mr. ForthProvisional figures for the year beginning 1 April 1989 show that the Health and Safety Executive's agriculture, factories, mines and quarries inspectorates and the nuclear installations inspectorate laid a total of 119 informations for breaches of health and safety legislation in Wales.
