Mr. Dunn

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will list for each local education authority the proportion of school leavers with five or more GCSE results at grades A-C as a percentage of all school leavers, and the rank position of the local education authority in each of the three-year periods 1984–87, 1985–88 and 1986–89.

Mr. Fallon
