To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has concluded the preparation of the Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations 1991.

Consultations on the draft regulations are now complete. My right hon. Friend will be making the regulations, taking into account the outcome of the consultations as soon as possible.
