To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list the matters to be discussed at the EC Internal Market Council on 18 February.

It is highly likely that the 18 February Internal Market Council will be cancelled. If a Council is called, I will write to the hon. Member to let her know the items on the agenda.
