§ Mr. Garel-JonesI refer the hon. Member to United Nation Security Council resolution 541 of 18 November 1983 which calls upon all states not to recognise any Cypriot state other than the Republic of Cyprus. The Turkish Government are well aware of our position in full support of that resolution, and of all the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
