To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what consultations he has had with the chairman of South Glamorgan TEC regarding(a) the future of the skill centre at Western avenue, Gabalfa, (b) the disposal of his leasehold interest in it and (c) the provision and fitting out of replacement training facilities.

I have had no consultations with the chairman of South Glamorgan TEC on the issue raised.
