§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryThe amount of the levy depends on a variety of factors including the terms of the nuclear contracts. The amount actually collected each year may fluctuate up or down depending upon estimates made of future electricity revenues. However, I am confident that the levy rate will follow a downward trend over the next eight years.
