§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Government have made no such representations. In our exchanges with the Government of Kenya. we have focused on the broader issue of respect for the human rights of all Kenyan citizens. We recognise that Kenya has faced a serious problem dealing with an influx of non-Kenyan Somali refugees and Somali bandits operating from outside her borders.
