§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what progress has been made in the last six months on the provision of the new hospital at Coleraine; what sums have been expended on that programme to date; and when he expects work to begin.
§ Mr. HanleyI announced approval in principle for the new Causeway hospital on 13 September. A site has been identified at Lodge road, Coleraine and negotiations for its purchase are in hand. I hope to be able to announce the time scale for the construction in the near future.
