§ Mr. PortilloThe promotion of facilities for sport and leisure forms part of the LDDC's agreed strategic aim to improve the social infrastructure of London docklands. The development programmes relating to this aim are set out in the 1991 corporate plan which I discussed with the corporation earlier this year.
