Mr. JacksonA contribution towards the cost of the new South Glamorgan TEC headquarters continues to be part of the Department's expenditure plans for 1991–92.
Adaptations to premises at Waterfront 2000 in Cardiff commenced in November this year and occupancy is anticipated towards the end of January 1992. The Department's contribution towards the cost of adaptation work is likely to be around £280,000.
