§ Mr. BaldryThe second world climate conference in November 1990 was organised by UNEP, WMO, UNESCO, FAO and several other United Nations and intergovernmental organisations. We are aware of the event proposed for April 1992 by this non-governmental group, but have not received an invitation to attend.
