§ Mr. NewtonOccupational pension schemes are mostly administered under trust law. In 1988 the Occupational Pensions Board recommended that trust law should continue as the legal basis of the law relating to occupational pension schemes. I have received representations in the last few days about various aspects of the legal basis of occupational pension funds.
