Dr. David Clark

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the positions of civil servants in his Ministry at grade 3 and above who have taken up appointments in outside organisations in 1991, giving the name of those organisations and giving in each case(a) the level at which their application for approval was considered, and (b) the conditions of approval which were imposed; and if he will make a statement.
