§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI understand that a radiation monitor operated by the Cowal monitoring group registered two higher than normal readings among the 113 recorded on that day. These readings occurred within a period of half an hour, the highest being 40 per cent. above the normal background. I can assure the hon. Member that local transient increases of this kind are not of radiological significance.
