To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how much money per head of population is currently spent per head of population in Ulster.

Dr. Mawhinney

The Northern Ireland Office and Northern Ireland Departments will spend approximately £6,449 million in 1991–92, which represents about £4,050 per head of population.
