To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he received a copy of the report, "Greening Government: The Failure of the Departmental Annual Reports to Reflect Integrated Policy Making", prepared by the Green Alliance; and if he has made any public response to its conclusions.

I received a copy under cover of a letter from the Green Alliance dated 25 November.The Times published my reply to its coverage of the report on 27 November. Officials from a number of Departments, including my own, are meeting the Green Alliance on 13 December to discuss the report's recommendations.
