§ Mr. BeggsTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will arrange for the Department of the Environment roads service to make provision for free parking for disabled drivers in Northern Ireland along the lines of that made available in Great Britain by local authorities.
§ Mr. NeedhamI have no plans to introduce legislation to enable disabled drivers to park free of charge in Department of the Environment car parks. Orange badge holders are entitled to free parking on roads where charges or restrictions would normally apply.
