§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will give the specific figures for(a) total population, (b) urban population and (c) rural population which were used in respect of (i) the South Wales police area and (ii) the other Welsh police areas as part of the calculation of police manpower needs in the course of the recent review;
(2) if he will list, for each police force in England and Wales, the figures for (a) total establishment, (b) traffic establishment, (c) patrol establishment, (d) crime establishment and (e) the index figure for special needs, which were used in the course of calculating police manpower needs according to the manpower allocation model used in his Department's recent review of police manpower;
(3) if he will give the figure, percentage and date of the unemployment figures for each police authority area in England and Wales which was used in the recent review of police manpower needs.
