§ Mr. WakehamI have today announced my decision on the issue of the application of pool charges to on-site demand. The decision, in favour of the works programme submitted by the Office of Electricity Regulation and PowerGen with specified amendments, is contained in my letter to the chairman of the pool executive committee, copies of which I have placed in the Library.
