§ Mr. RedwoodHighlands and Islands Airports Ltd.—HIAL—is one of the bodies subject to investigation by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission under section 11 of the Competition Act. The Secretary of State is considering whether to refer HIAL, among other eligible bodies, for investigation in due course.
