To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what were the traffic flows along the A45(a) between Stowmarket and Ipswich, (b) over the Orwell bridge and (c) between Ipswich and Felixstowe in 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991, respectively.
