§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the urban development grant payments(a) already made and (b) still to be made to the Welsh world trade centre, Cardiff and the conditions requiring to be met before eligibility for further urban development grant payments can be established.
§ Mr. David HuntUnder the urban development grant agreement between Cardiff city council and Brent Walker Group plc, £2.5 million has been paid to Brent Walker and £750,000 remains to be paid. A total of 75 per cent. of the payments are funded by the Welsh Office. For the remainder of the payments to be made, Brent Walker would need to satisfy the city council that the terms of the legal agreement between them have been met.
