§ Mrs. ChalkerWe understand that the South African Government are considering how best to move forward to full participation in United Nations bodies. We shall keep in touch with them and monitor developments closely. As and when South Africa does regain membership of United Nations bodies, we would expect them to pay their subscriptions fully and on time.
