§ Mr. McLoughlinSadly, the Ocean Hound is not the only fishing vessel to have sunk in recent months with the loss of all on board. The Department cannot justify paying for, or contributing towards the costs of, raising the wrecks in the hope (and it can only be a hope) that the bodies might be recovered.
