§ Mr. Peter LloydMr. Borovikov completed his sentence on 16 August and he has since been detained by virtue of Winchester Crown court's recommendation on 31 July 1991 that he be deported. Mr. Borovikov's appeal against his conviction was dismissed on 28 November but he has until 16 December to renew his application. No decision will be taken about his deportation until the final outcome of his appeal is known.
