§ Sir Wyn Roberts[holding answer 21 November 1991]: Planned net expenditure in 1992–93 on the roads and transport programme in Wales is about £195 million; this includes £135 million for new construction and improvements, £36 million for structural renewals and £21 million for current maintenance. The comparable figures for 1993–94 and 1994–95 will be announced in due course.
