§ Mr. CurryA total of 1,239 applications for 1991 suckler cow premium have been received at Carlisle divisional office. Of these, 947 have been processed for payment. Payments of premium to producers commenced on 25 November following the coming into force of the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991 on 22 November.
