§ Mr. LeighThe independent committee for the supervision of standards of telephone information services —ICSTIS—the body responsible for regulating premium rate telephone services, is in the process of amending and strengthening the code of practice regulating premium rate services. The new code, which ICSTIS expects to have in place next month, contains further provisions specifically regulating competitions and similar services.
