Mr. Cryer

To ask the Lord President of the Council how many statutory instruments or regulations were debated on the floor of the House or in a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments in each year from 1980, and in the current year to the most recent practicable date; and what percentage this represented out of the total affirmative and negative instruments considered by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments and the Select Committee on Statutory Instruments.
