§ Mr. EggarThe arrangements for grouping students in further education are a matter for local decision. The Government believe that all students, including those with disabilities, should be grouped in the light of their needs.

§ Mr. EggarThe Further and Higher Education Bill currently before Parliament will ensure that a wide range of educational provision continues to be available for students with special educational needs. This includes both mainstream and special courses.
