§ Mr. BaldryWe shall seek to introduce legislation to secure the protection of key hedgerows when parliamentary time permits. Meanwhile, we are taking steps to draw up our proposed scheme to provide new incentives for hedgerow management, and hope to make a further statement on the proposed new scheme early in the new year.
