§ Mr. Archie HamiltonShips above 850 tonnes will be included in the register of arms transfers which we expect soon to be initiated by the United Nations. Informal consultations have now started on the agenda for arms control following the review conference planned for Helsinki next spring. It is possible that information exchange for naval forces will also be considered in this context.
