§ Mr. Nicholas BennettMy right hon. Friend hopes to announce the details of the block distribution very soon. This year, Housing for Wales is devoting 27 per cent. of its resources to rural housing. Together with the additional £3.8 million that I have made available to local authorities, this should produce a total of more than 1,000 additional social housing units this year in rural Wales.
