§ Mr. MallonTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will give details on the progress towards constructing stages 2 and 3 of the Newry bypass.
§ Mr. NeedhamA notice of intention to make a vesting order for stages 2 and 3 of the Newry bypass was published earlier this month. While it is currently planned that work should start in the 1992–93 financial year the implementation of the scheme is dependent upon the completion of the statutory process and, ultimately, the availability of finance.
