§ Mr. RentonResponsibility for funding individual arts organisations or artists in London lies with the Arts Council and the new London Arts Board. One of the main aims of both bodies in funding arts organisation is to promote access for people regardless of age. But a number of music organisations which offer services specifically for the young or for pensioners do receive grants, among them Youth and Music and Live Music Now.
