§ Sir Wyn RobertsCardiff-Wales airport is a successful business and should continue to operate on a commercial basis. It has been able to finance its recent investment without needing to borrow. Applications for supplementary credit approval to cover additional investment are matters for consideration by my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Transport.
